Position : Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager, Organisational Transformation (Communications & Engagement)
Contract (1 year, with option to extend for another year subject to performance and conduct)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- 5-day work week (office-based)
Job Description:
You will develop and execute an integrated communications and engagement strategy, delivering content across a range of communication channels, e.g. townhalls, e-bulletins.
You will design and implement structured engagement platforms — such as pulse surveys and focus groups — to gather staff feedback, analyse sentiments, and identify emerging concerns. Drawing on these insights, you will develop actionable recommendations to inform leadership decisions and refine communications strategies.
You will also support leadership alignment by ensuring coherent messaging across diverse stakeholder groups, and track key metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of your communications efforts.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline, with experience in communications, engagement, or change management
- Prior experience in organisational transformation or public sector initiatives would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills with ability to craft messages and facilitate engagement sessions
- Able to synthesise complex information into clear, compelling narratives
