In this role, you will create realistic learning environments and guide students through hands-on practice using clear demonstrations, personalised coaching, and constructive feedback. Working closely with the Programme Lead, you will contribute to delivering a consistent, high-quality learning experience that builds student confidence and industry readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical, skills-based training sessions in hospitality operations
Demonstrate industry best practices and service standards
Facilitate hands-on learning through simulations and role-play activities
Provide individual coaching and constructive feedback to students
Support student development in both technical skills and professional conduct
Collaborate with the Programme Lead to ensure training quality and consistency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry experience (hotels, restaurants, or hospitality operations)
Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience is beneficial but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centred approach
Ability to demonstrate and teach practical skills clearly and effectively
Professional grooming and ability to model high hospitality standards
