In this role, you will create realistic learning environments and guide students through hands-on practice using clear demonstrations, personalised coaching, and constructive feedback. Working closely with the Programme Lead, you will contribute to delivering a consistent, high-quality learning experience that builds student confidence and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical, skills-based training sessions in hospitality operations

• Demonstrate industry best practices and service standards

• Facilitate hands-on learning through simulations and role-play activities

• Provide individual coaching and constructive feedback to students

• Support student development in both technical skills and professional conduct

• Collaborate with the Programme Lead to ensure training quality and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry experience (hotels, restaurants, or hospitality operations)

  • Supervisory experience will be an added advantage

• Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience is beneficial but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centred approach

• Ability to demonstrate and teach practical skills clearly and effectively

• Professional grooming and ability to model high hospitality standards
