Job Summary:

To analyze end-to-endlogistics operations — including transportation, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and freight costs — alongside revenue streams and net incomeperformance. Then, develop a data-driven operational plan to improveprofitability, efficiency, and service ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Costing Analysis

·       Identifybottlenecks (delayed dispatches, low truck utilization, warehouse idle time) and collaborate with departments to streamline processes.

·       Analyze service-level performance (on-time delivery, damage rates, transit times) andlink to cost/revenue impacts.

·       Break down costs per shipment, route, warehouse, and client (fuel, tolls, wages,maintenance, rent, labor, inventory, freight rates, customs, insurance).

·       Compare actual vs. planned costs to identify leakage points.

·       Build cost-per-kilometer and cost-per-pallet models.

2. Revenue & Net Income Analysis

·       Analyze revenue by service type (FTL, LTL, warehousing, cross-docking, value-added services).

·       Assess profitability per customer, lane, or shipment.

·       Identify revenue leakage (incorrect billing, missed accessorial charges).

·       Calculate net income contribution after allocating direct and indirect costs.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

·       Build dashboards for cost-per-delivery, revenue-per-route, and net margin by customer.

·       Track performance weekly/monthly.

·       Provide variance analysis and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance,Accounting, or related field.

·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, costing analysis, orperformance analytics (for senior role).

·       Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) for dashboards andvariance analysis.

·       Experience with cost modeling (cost-per-kilometer, cost-per-pallet).

·       Knowledgeof TMS or WMS is an advantage.

• Act as the single global point of coordination for SIG logistics and trade operations across regions.

• Serve as the primary communicate with Micron Global Trade, Global Logistics, customs brokers, and 3PL partners.

• Align SIG logistics execution with enterprise‑level trade strategy, risk posture, and cost objectives.

Process Architecture, Governance & SOP Ownership

• Architect and own end‑to‑end SIG logistics and trade process frameworks, including:

• Imports, exports, inter‑site transfers, repairs/RMA, returns, and exception flows.

• Translate global policies into SIG‑specific SOPs, playbooks, and decision frameworks that are clear, auditable, and execution‑ready.

• Establish process controls, blocking issue paths, and hand‑offs without duplicating regulatory ownership.

Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement

• Drive adoption of digital tools, analytics, and AI‑enabled capabilities to:

• Improve shipment visibility, risk detection, and cycle‑time predictability.

• Identify documentation gaps, compliance risks, and process deviations early.

• Reduce manual touchpoints through workflow automation and intelligent exception management.

• Partner with IT, data, and automation teams to embed AI‑assisted insights into logistics and trade workflows (e.g., predictive delays, anomaly detection, documentation completeness).

Global Site Enablement & Change Leadership

• Enable consistent, scalable SIG execution across Malaysia, Singapore, India, China, Mexico, and the United States.

• Lead rollout of new logistics models, trade flows, and operating changes with structured organizational change.

• Work with site logistics teams to elevate capability, judgment, and execution maturity.

Sophisticated Issue Resolution & Risk Coordination

• Coordinate resolution of shipment holds, customs issues, documentation discrepancies, and cross‑region misalignment.

• Drive fact‑based root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Bring up regulatory interpretations and decisions to the appropriate Global Trade owners, maintaining clear separation of accountability.

Required Experience & Capabilities

• MBA or Master’s or Bachelor's in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business / Engineering / Global Business

• 12 years of proven experience in global logistics, international trade operations, or supply chain execution within a sophisticated, multi‑country environment.

• Proven track record managing cross‑border import/export operations across multiple regulatory regimes (Asia, Americas preferred).

• Strong experience in process architecture, SOP design, and global operating model deployment.

• Demonstrated ability to operate in high‑judgment, ambiguous environments involving compliance risk, cost tradeoffs, and delivery pressure.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, APAC Strategy & Commercial Excellence, this role will be part of Teleflex APAC Strategy & Commercial Excellence function. This role is integral in providing analytics, insights, and project management support for the APAC regional strategy and marketing teams. This role may also be tasked with coordinating APAC regional leadership / business unit / functional teams, on an as-needed basis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)the following:

·       Serve as a data analytics expert to support across business units and for specific projects, through synthesizing & analyzing multiple data sources and providing actionable insights.

·       Manage APAC market models using internal and external data sources to determine market size and share, map out key opportunities, and track business performance.

·       Lead the development & maintenance of sales dashboards; generate and deliver monthly reports including commercial analytics and insights

·       Develop and implement APAC pricing database &framework to monitor pricing trends, create pricing models with scenario simulation, and provide insights to inform pricing strategies.

·       Conduct market research for effective strategy development, based on industry insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, policy developments, customer behaviors, portfolio analysis, etc.

·       Support APAC region’s strategic planning preparation and Go-To-Market strategies development.

·       Provide ad-hoc analysis, reports and project management support according to business needs.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS / INTERFACE:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

•       Bachelor's degree in Business, Sciences ,Engineering or a related field.

•       3-5 years experience in strategic planning, consulting or market intelligence within a medical device or pharmaceutical MNC or a healthcare consulting / market research firm.

•       Proficient analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets using a structured approach to problem solving and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative information.

•       Must have proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Expertise in other data analysis and visualization tools is advantageous.

•       Exceptional communication, analytical andmulti-tasking skills, along with great attention to detail.
