About the job

This is a full time permanent position, reporting directly to the senior Group Finance Manager of the group in Malaysia. The role will be to assist the senior Finance Manager in the management of day-to-day operations of the Finance department.

The primary role is to manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions of the company and several subsidiary companies within the group. Ideally candidate with prior experience in PLC set up will be an asset. However, candidates with solid accounting/finance experience in other industries will be duly considered.

Good command of spoken and written English is required with good writing skills.

Job Scope:

• Maintain and update programme databases (mentorship, outreach, engagement programmes)
• Coordinate and mobilise participants for events and initiatives
• Provide admin support (scheduling, documentation, procurement)
• Assist in event logistics, setup and execution (on-site/off-site)
• Liaise with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders
• Support communications (social media, EDMs, outreach materials)

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in any field
• Comfortable with events and stakeholder coordination
• Outspoken, proactive and able to engage participants
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
