Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Finance Manager who is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and timely management reporting to support business operations and decision-making

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the integrity of all accounting records, ledgers, journals, and financial systems
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts
• Review and prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and provisions

The Manager, Finance is responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations at Global Finance Hub under the Global Finance Operations Team. This role reports to the Assistant Director, Finance.

What your day would be like

The Manager, Finance is expected to drive the following key activities in Operational Management, Team Leadership, Compliance & Controls, Process Improvement, and Stakeholder Engagement.

• Manage Accounts Payable operations, including vendor invoices, employee expense claims, payments, reconciliations, and compliance with Financial Policy Manual (FPM) and Financial Standard Operating Procedures (Finance SOP).
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal financial closing timetables, reconcile intercompany transactions, perform indirect tax transfers/adjustments, prepayment periodical run, Goods Receipts Incoming Receipts (GRIR) reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and conduct aging reports review on a timely basis.
• Supervise and develop the Accounts Payable outsourced team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness, maintaining documentation and resolving outstanding issues with vendors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Finance Business Process to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement through intelligent automation and AI-powered financial insights with global stakeholders.
• Support the ERP transformation initiative (BORA) by ensuring business process requirements are accurately captured and reflected in the system’s technical architecture (where applicable).

• You have minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Finance operations. Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle,).
• Strong understanding of AP processes, intercompany accounting, financial controls, and compliance requirements.

5.     GST Compliance
Prepare and submit quarterly GST submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy at entity and submission to Head Office.

-Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain proper financial records in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
-Ensure all transactions are appropriately approved, documented, and reflected accurately in the ERP system.

Requirements
Education: At least Degree in Accountancy

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting/ Finance work experience, preferably in Linen, F&B industries

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel (esp Pivot, Vlookup etc, Word, PowerPoint),

• Have experience in managing full set of accounts, familiarity with Synergix ERP would be an added advantage,

As a key business partner, you will assist the Group Finance Controller to lead the Group HQ and regional/local finance teams to manage the full spectrum of finance activities, including accounting, costing, consolidation, statutory and management reporting, audit and internal controls, tax and treasury.

Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in setting policies, implementing best practices and business applications, internal controls improvement, and management and operational reporting. You will work closely with all other functional teams, including Operations, to provide strong support to deliver operating and profitability goals.

With the support of your Finance team members, ensure the accounting for the Group follows accounting standards, review submission of subsidiaries, organise the closing, prepare management reports and manage working capital. You will also ensure compliance with statutory requirements in the areas of accounting, audit, tax, legal and company secretarial. You will work with various functions to continuously improve processes and systems (ERP, BI, CRM, HRIS, etc), in risk management and to undertake any adhoc projects as required by the Group Finance Controller.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance activities, including accounting, costing, consolidation, statutory and management reporting, financial planning and analysis, audit and internal controls, legal and company secretarial work, tax and treasury for the Group.
• Act as business advisor and partner to both Group functions and OBUs to drive business performance and process improvement with view to improve profits, cash flow, efficiency, controls and compliance

Experience

• Strong cost accounting knowledge and several years of working closely with the Operations team in a factory is essential
• Strong command of the English language, able to read and converse in Mandarin with our China colleagues and the general ability to communicate clearly is essential

Role Overview

The MEP Cost Manager is responsible for managing the cost and commercial aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on a large-scale data centre development.

This role ensures cost control, financial accuracy, and value optimisation across complex MEP systems, supporting delivery within strict budget, schedule, and performance requirements typical of mission‑critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Budget Management

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for MEP systems.
• Provide cost advice during design stages, including power, cooling, and building services systems.
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Procurement & Tender Management

• Prepare tender documentation for MEP trade packages (e.g., electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Manage tender processes, including tender analysis, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Support procurement strategies for complex and fast‑track data centre delivery.

Post‑Contract Cost Management

• Manage variations, change control, and cost adjustments.
• Review and certify contractor progress claims and interim payments.
• Maintain cost records and support final account close‑out.

Cost Reporting & Financial Control

• Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Identify cost risks, trends, and mitigation measures.
