Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Java/Python + ReactJS)

This is a 12-month full-time agency contract (renewable)

Overview
We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team. This role focuses on building scalable backend services (Java/Python) and modern frontend applications (ReactJS), working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python
• Build and enhance responsive, user-facing applications using ReactJS
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with:Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and/or PythonReactJS (or similar modern frontend frameworks)
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

This role entails strong supporting role to regional consolidation and Regional Head Office (RHO) entity reporting/FP&A to provide high quality financial management reporting to the RHO management covering actuals, forecasts, budget and plans. This role will work closely with all finance team and all departments in the RHO as well as group company finance and this position will play an important role in providing valued information to help all the business operations in achieving their corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and preparation of financial reporting / budget / forecast of Regional Headquarter company.

- Work closely with Sales companies and Japan Headquarter to provide support to deliver financial results.

- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and highlight potential risks or opportunities for Regional Headquarter company.

- Provide support in OPEX management and monthly consolidation across Sales Companies, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

- Responsible for the analysis of P&L for BSAPIC region in actual, budget and forecast.

- Perform simulations to evaluate the impact on P&L.

- Perform FX rate calculation to support the closing, budget, forecast and lead the analysis of FX impact across APIC region.

- Support the implementation and improvement of financial planning and analysis tools, systems, and processes.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the FP&A function.

- Participate in digitalization projects harnessing BI and AI tools to improve analytical outputs of FP&A to support business and Management decision making

- Maintain profitability calculation system and upload and process SAP data into the system for Region Headquarter company.

- Responsible for the assigned accounting tasks related to Group reporting.

- Support all ad-hoc analysis related to FP&A functions and Management’s request.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Professional Accounting Qualification or its equivalent discipline.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial accounting and/or FP&A. Experiences in working in MNCs, especially with the exposure to APAC region would have added advantages.
• High proficiency in MS Excel technical skill is mandatory. Experience with Power BI tool and/or financial analysis tools/software (e.g. SAP) is preferred.
• Management accounting is preferred.

We are seeking a seasoned Core Banking Engineer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 and TDH to lead and manage our core banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in T24 upgrade and migration, loans and deposits, SWIFT and FAST payments, FX and credit limit and collateral management. This role combines strategic leadership with technical depth to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant core banking operations.

Responsibilities

Core Banking Strategy

• Assist the core banking team in planning, designing, and implementing enhancements and migrations within the Temenos T24 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align core banking capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in core banking processes and technologies.

Technical and Operational Oversight

• Architect and oversee T24 upgrades, module implementations, and data migrations.
• Provide technical leadership in T24 customization, integration, and performance optimization.
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and security across all core banking modules.
• Oversee lifecycle management of core banking applications and modules including onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.

Domain Expertise

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Temenos T24 core banking system.

• Proven track record in T24 migration projects and module implementations.
• Strong domain knowledge in customer, accounts, loans, and the deposit using AA, TPH, SWIFT/MEPS+/FAST/PayNow payments, accounting and ledger, FX, trade finance, credit limit and collateral, non-stop processing, etc.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex banking projects.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, process driven, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• T24 Technical Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with T24 Transact, Integration Framework (IF), and IRIS.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (GitLab) and cloud-based deployments (preferably Huawei Cloud).
• Agile/Scrum project management experience.
