Role Summary：
FinanceSupervisor, TOMRA Singapore Responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR,financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support, while driving processimprovements and coordinating with internal and international teams.
Your tasks
· Processingof accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoiceposting, payments, and collections
· Preparationof payment runs and online banking
· Preparationof and participation in monthly and annual financial statements
· Preparingbalance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
· Bankand account reconciliations
· Implementationand improvement of accounting processes
· Supportingaudits and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors
· Liaisingwith internal teams and international colleagues on finance matters
· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by thecompany（e.g. ERPsystem(IFS), invoicing, payroll, claims, insurance, and general administrativesupport)）
Qualifications
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA,CA, or its equivalent
· Minimum3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word, PowerPoint
- Good understanding of relevant financial reporting standards
- Self-starter with a positive mindset who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Meticulous and detail orientated
- Ability to work in an agile organization environment
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
