[What the role is]

The Digital Solution Engineer plays a key role in supporting ITE’s digitalisation initiatives by designing, developing, implementing, and supporting digital applications and automated solutions. The role is involved throughout the full software development life cycle, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.

[What you will be working on]

You will be expected to:

• Develop, configure, test, and support digital applications across the system life cycle.
• Implement solutions using both traditional development and low‑code platforms.
• Support automation initiatives, including workflow automation and robotic process automation (RPA).
• Analyse and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production support.
• Ensure system quality, security, and performance standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain basic technical and process documentation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support project activities and other tasks related to digitalisation initiatives as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

• Possess suitable credentials in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of medium to large‑scale, complex applications.
• Working knowledge of two or more of the following technology domains:Programming Languages: Python, Java, C#, PHP, JavaScriptDatabases & Integration: SSIS, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQLWeb & Cloud Platforms: ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure (Azure App Service, Azure Functions), or other enterprise cloud platformLow‑Code Platforms: Power Apps, OutSystemsRPA Tools: Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere
• Experience in DevOps practices and Agile software development methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience in implementing Power BI and other visualisation tools is an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders, gather customer requirements and translating them into functional specifications 
• Able to collaborate effectively across functions, working with business and technical teams to deliver user‑centred digital solutions.
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership in delivering quality solutions.

• Technical Manager (Electrical)
• Working Day: 5.5Days | 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Sat)
• Project Location: East, at Changi area
• Salary: $6,000 - $9,500

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field with relevant design working experience
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement successful design strategies and implement them for the project
• Ensuring that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget
• Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
• Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement
• Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met
• Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind
• Ensuring strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements and Singapore standards.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
• Managing processes relating to the project’s design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget
• Keeping up to date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design
• Prepare and submit Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and Drawings for FAT.
