The team has been hard at work and has consolidated a significant portion of our legacy services onto a unified CI pipeline using standardised testing frameworks. Get to know the Role

Our tools are used by thousands of engineers in Grab. We build tools and platforms to help Grab engineers build their applications quickly and safely, improve the testing process and quality of their apps, ensure the health of the CI/CD pipelines, increase observability of our applications in production, create end-to-end automation for different workflows, and create common libraries to power the common use cases in the different apps that powers the millions of transactions that happens in the Grab ecosystem.

You will look after backend related tools and platforms to help improve the productivity of Grab engineers.

This role is onsite based in our HQ, Singapore office.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

• You will support teams of engineers to build the next gen build and test platform that allows Grab engineers to improve their products and services without regressions.
• You will build foundational tools so that Grab engineers don't have to reinvent the wheel.
• You will work with Grab engineers to solve their custom problems, and make them more productive.

What Essential Skills You will Need

• At least 8 years in platform / Software engineering, with at least 2 years managing teams.
• A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle: how services are built, tested, released, and operated.
• Hands-on exposure to GitLab, and specifically to CI pipelines and runners.

Engineering & Process Safety Manager

About the Role

Our client, a growing industrial technology company, is seeking an experienced engineering and process safety professional to lead engineering governance, asset integrity, operational excellence, and process safety initiatives across its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive engineering, asset integrity, and process safety standards across the organization.
• Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) programs, including HAZOP, MOC, risk assessments, incident investigations, and permit-to-work systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and recognized engineering standards.
• Improve plant reliability, operational discipline, and safety performance.
• Lead technical reviews, audits, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
• Mentor engineering and operations teams while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Manage external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Support facility expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in petrochemical, refining, gas processing, LNG, hydrogen, or similar process industries.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management and engineering governance.
• Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASME, NFPA, IEC, and ISO.
• Proven leadership experience in high-hazard industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a Senior HRBP (Senior Manager / Associate director) with strong Organisational Development (OD) and Talent Development (TD) background.

This role will act as a due role of strategic partner to business leaders, while driving organisation design, talent capability building, and a high-performance culture to support business growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong business acumen and experience in scaling organisations, developing leaders, and driving people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Business Partnering

• Partner closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor on organisation, talent, and performance matters
• Translate business goals into actionable people strategies and execution plans

2. Organisational Development

• Lead organisation design, restructuring, and workforce planning aligned with growth strategy
• Drive organisational effectiveness, role clarity, and operating model optimisation
• Lead change management initiatives across transformation and scaling efforts

3. Talent Development & Leadership Capability

• Design and implement learning & development strategies to build critical capabilities
• Establish leadership development programmes and succession planning frameworks
• Drive onboarding, training, and career development pathways
• Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development initiatives

4. Organisation Culture (OC) & Engagement

• Define, drive, and embed company culture aligned with business strategy and core values
• Partner with leadership to build a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture
• Lead employee engagement initiatives (e.g. surveys, pulse checks, action planning)
• Translate culture into observable behaviours, rituals, and management practices
• Address cultural gaps and drive alignment across teams and markets

5. Performance Management & Culture

• Drive performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, appraisal cycles)
• Build a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture
• Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness and engagement
• Monitor and improve retention and talent outcomes

6. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop HRBP and OD/TD capabilities within the HR team
• Set priorities, OKRs, and development plans for the team
• Build a strong, commercially driven and business-oriented HR function.

7.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with COEs (TA, C&B) to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Ensure consistency and scalability across markets and business units

• Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in HRBP, OD, and/or Talent Development
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Experience in organisation design, performance management, and L&D frameworks
• Open to consider candidates from OD & TD consulting background
• Experience in fast-paced / scaling environments (tech preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
• Hands-on, adaptable, and commercially driven

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering support and assist the marketing team in retaining existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the shipbuilding division.

• Support commercial newbuild and ship repair teams during tender exercises for newbuilding and conversion projects.

• Assess contract terms, technical specifications, and equipment requirements to ensure alignment with design obligations.

• Develop initial design concepts that support newbuilding tender submissions.

• Establish drawing schedules and coordinate technical meetings with clients, classification societies, designers, vendors, and system integrators.

• Implement design and engineering production plans for awarded newbuilding projects.

• Interpret classification rules and maritime regulations; review and understand design drawings.

• Collaborate effectively within a team while also handling tasks independently.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a closely related field.

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in the marine or offshore sectors.

• Sound understanding of shipbuilding processes and project workflows; capable of reviewing technical specifications and engaging in client discussions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

• Willingness to travel overseas (e.g., Indonesia, Taiwan, and other countries) for technical meetings.
