Job Description

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in CRM/OM platforms, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of mission-critical domains with responsibility for budgets, teams, and long-term strategy.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and OM platforms, including Salesforce CRM and CloudSense CPQ/Order Management.

As a Senior Category Manager, you will take ownership of the sourcing strategy for precision mechanical components and build-to-print assemblies. Working closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams, you will ensure supplier capabilities align with technical requirements, production timelines, and quality expectations.

You will play a key role in strengthening supplier performance, improving cost competitiveness, and ensuring a resilient supply base that supports both ongoing production and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement sourcing strategies for precision mechanical parts and assemblies to achieve optimal cost, quality, and supply continuity
• Conduct supplier market research, cost benchmarking, and total cost analysis to identify value improvement opportunities
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and capability development initiatives
