We are looking for a Senior QC Equipment Qualification Specialist / Lead to manage qualification, lifecycle management, and decommissioning activities for Quality Control laboratory equipment within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. 

This role will take ownership of qualification strategy, project execution, documentation compliance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across laboratory equipment lifecycle activities. The successful candidate will act as a senior technical contributor and coordination lead, working closely with QC, Validation, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and external vendors to ensure equipment systems remain compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with site and regulatory expectations. 

Your Missions 

• Lead qualification activities for QC laboratory equipment in accordance with GMP, validation lifecycle, and site change control requirements.

• Define project strategies, implementation plans, timelines, risk mitigation approaches, and resource coordination for qualification and decommissioning projects. 

• Lead decommissioning activities for QC laboratory equipment in accordance with approved procedures, compliance requirements, and site quality standards. 

• Author, review, and approve qualification protocols, reports, SOPs, risk assessments, traceability matrices, and training materials. 

• Provide technical guidance on deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, and impact assessments related to laboratory equipment and qualification processes. 

• Review validation and qualification documentation to ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, data integrity, and regulatory expectations. 

• Partner closely with QC, Validation, Engineering, Quality Assurance, IT, and external vendors to drive timely and compliant project execution. 

• Ensure documentation traceability, inspection readiness, and lifecycle compliance for laboratory equipment systems. 

• Support and coordinate laboratory equipment integration activities where applicable, including LabX connectivity or related laboratory data systems. 

• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and implementation progress to ensure delivery within timelines.

Your Profile 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline. 

• 10+ years of experience in equipment qualification, validation, commissioning, lifecycle management, or compliance within GMP-regulated manufacturing or laboratory environments. 

• Strong experience managing QC laboratory equipment qualification and validation activities. 

• Solid understanding of GMP, GDP, data integrity, validation lifecycle, change control, deviation, CAPA, risk assessment, and audit readiness requirements.

Process Engineer (CNC Machining) - Milling/Turning/EDM/Lathes

• Up till $6500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Monday-Friday, 7.30am-5pm
• Location: Pioneer (transport provided)
• 3 years of experience in CNC machining or related processes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Process Engineer (Machining) will be responsible for industrializing machining processes (includes CNC mill/turn, EDM, lathes) for gas turbine component repairs.

• This role includes the implementation and qualification of new equipment and technologies, as well as driving continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Industrialize machining processes for new and existing products - Qualify CNC milling/turning, EDM, lathes, and other machining processes to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize machining processes for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure all machining processes adhere to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to machining processes.

• Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from SQDC standards.

• Lead risk reduction and quality improvement projects to enhance machining processes.

• Drive productivity and sustainability projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

• Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools and methodologies to solve complex problems.

• Provide technical guidance, training and support to machining operators and technicians.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

• 3 years of experience in CNC machining or related processes

• Knowledge of gas turbine component repair is advantageous.

• Familiarity with tooling selection, fixture design, CAD, CAM, and metrology.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in software engineering and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable applications, integrating LLM-powered solutions, developing AI agents and RAG systems, and working across the full software development lifecycle. Experience with the Pega platform will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs, identify problem statements, and recommend technology solutions to address organisational objectives.
• Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and project teams to clarify requirements, review solution designs, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications that deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Prepare and maintain architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and system documentation.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to refine requirements, elaborate user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Support Quality Assurance activities, including test automation, defect analysis, and bug resolution.
• Partner with DevOps teams to automate build, deployment, and release processes.
• Drive adoption and ensure smooth deployment of new solutions through stakeholder engagement and support.
• Assess enhancement requests, evaluate system impacts, and recommend implementation approaches.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimise recurrence.
• Apply software engineering best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, security standards, quality management policies, and organisational guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python, including backend application development and API design using frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Experience designing AI agent systems with capabilities such as memory, tool usage, planning, and autonomous task execution.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, secure file transfer (sFTP), and system integration patterns.
• Experience with software testing, code quality practices, and automated testing frameworks.
• API integration with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock

Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including:

• Tokenisation
• Context windows
• Prompt engineering

Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and agentic workflows using frameworks such as:

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• LlamaIndex

Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including:

• Vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Embedding models and retrieval strategies
• Integration with enterprise knowledge sources

Platform & Infrastructure

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Agile software development methodologies
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Serverless architectures
• Docker and containerisation technologies

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience with the Pega platform.
• Experience integrating AI and LLM capabilities into Pega applications and workflows.
• Hands-on participation in at least one end-to-end Pega project implementation.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale enterprise or government technology projects.
• Consulting, Business Analysis, or solutioning experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
