As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in turning breakthrough designs into real-world manufacturing solutions. From concept to customer delivery, you’ll drive new product industrialization by working cross-functionally to optimize for quality, cost, and lead time. You’ll be a strategic partner to both Global Operations and our Business Units, influencing design, improving processes, and supporting the full product lifecycle.

What you will be working on

• Provide first line engineering support in resolving daily operation issues in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, through collaboration with a team of multidisciplined manufacturing engineers, manufacturing supervisors and technicians.
• Achieve daily targets on product delivery to global customers in alignment with manufacturing engineering strategies, production schedules, quality and safety standards.
• Design and develop cost-effective testing methods with innovations for systems and equipment throughout product development and manufacturing in meeting manufacturing efficiency and customer quality.
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs according to product requirements, refine detailed test specifications, develop detailed procedures.
• Provide holistic technical solutions for highly complex problems from the suppliers, contract manufacturing, and internal manufacturing by liaising with cross functional teams in GOPS and Business Units (BU).
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and deviations, provide immediate containment actions, and pursue long term corrective solutions.
• Partner with cross functional teams in Global Operations (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering), organize and lead internal and external review meetings, ensuring alignment and progress with focus on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly sequence, and quality.
• Lead the execution of continuous improvement projects on quality, cost, capacity, and efficiency enhancement with cross functional teams in GOPS and BU.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in semiconductor capital equipment industry.
• Hands-on experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of testing methodology, C#, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects to completion while accomplishing objectives and influencing cross-functional teams
• Experience with control systems utilized in testing automation, serial communication protocols, TwinCAT PLC, Device Net, Ethercat, RS 485, RS 232, etc.
• Proficient in operational excellence tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, DMAIC, GR&R, and Six Sigma

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and enterprise-scale delivery of M365 services across the organization. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to drive product delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance across regions.

This position will play a key role in supporting enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive) and driving strategic initiatives such as cloud adoption, M365 rollout, and Copilot enablement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise M365 Platform Engineering

• Design, implement, and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including:Exchange OnlineMicrosoft TeamsSharePoint OnlineOneDrive for Business
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance across global deployments
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, runbooks, and operational procedures

2. Product Delivery & Program Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M365 initiatives (e.g., tenant rollout, feature deployment, upgrades)
• Drive execution across:Regional/global stakeholdersInfrastructure, security, and compliance teams
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications
• Support enterprise programs such as cloud adoption and collaboration transformation

3. Security, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure M365 services comply with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements
• Implement and manage:Data protection (DLP, retention, eDiscovery)Identity & access (Azure AD / Entra ID)
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to address regional regulatory requirements (APAC focus)

4. Operational Excellence & Support

• Provide L3 engineering support and troubleshoot complex issues
• Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and service health metrics
• Improve operational efficiency through automation (PowerShell, scripting)
• Drive continuous improvement in platform stability and user experience

5. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Engage with senior stakeholders, business users, and technology teams
• Translate technical solutions into business outcomes and executive updates
• Lead discussions with vendors (e.g., Microsoft, partners) for product enhancements and issue resolution

6. Innovation & Roadmap Development

• Evaluate and recommend new M365 capabilities (e.g., Copilot, automation, AI features)
• Define and drive roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap and emerging features

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 engineering
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale deployment and delivery
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., banking, finance, compliance-heavy industries)

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in:Microsoft Teams (voice/video, governance)Exchange Online (mail flow, security)SharePoint Online & OneDrive
• Strong knowledge of:Azure AD / Entra IDSecurity & Compliance (DLP, retention, audit, eDiscovery)
• Scripting/automation:PowerShell
• Familiarity with:M365 Copilot / AI capabilitiesIntegration with enterprise systems

• BMS - MRT Project

Our client, a reputable M&E engineering company with a strong track record and low employee turnover, is expanding its team to support a newly awarded MRT project. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with Building Management System (BMS), Building Automation System (BAS), or M&E project experience to gain valuable exposure in Singapore's infrastructure sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of BMS electrical and controls works.

• Review project drawings, control schematics, specifications and technical documents.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.

• Assist in BMS system coordination involving DDC panels, field devices, sensors, actuators and control interfaces.

• Coordinate integration between BMS and various building systems, including ACMV, Fire Protection Systems (FPS), Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS), electrical and ELV systems.

• Supervise site installation activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

• Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, material delivery and installation quality.

• Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, inspection requests and project documentation.

• Support testing and commissioning activities, including point-to-point testing, functional testing, system integration and troubleshooting.

• Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.

• Maintain proper testing records, as-built drawings and operation manuals.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality requirements.

• Provide technical support to supervisors, technicians and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in BMS, BAS, controls systems or M&E building services projects.

• Knowledge of BMS controls, DDC panels, field devices, sensors, actuators and control wiring.

• Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks or KNX will be advantageous.

• Able to interpret electrical drawings, control schematics and technical specifications.

• Understanding of ACMV systems and building services coordination is preferred.

• Experience in commercial, infrastructure, industrial or healthcare projects will be an advantage.

• Good coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Candidates with Singapore M&E or construction project experience are highly encouraged to apply.
