Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound UpgradeCalls to Single‑Unit MIF Customers

• Make outbound calls to single‑unit MIF customers for the team, to explore or promote machine upgrade opportunities.
• Engage customers, identify their needs, and generate interest for unit upgrades.
• Capture customer intent and guide interested customers to the next step (appointment booking, documentation process to upgrade or follow‑up by Account Manager).

2. AppointmentSetting and Routing

• Convert qualified upgrade opportunities into appointments.
• Schedule appointments and route them to the assigned Account Manager for follow‑up.
• Ensure all appointment details, call notes, and customer information are accurately captured in CRM.
• Maintain high acceptance and conversion rates through quality qualification and communication.

3. Inbound LeadQualification

• Respond promptly to inbound sales leads routed from Sales Admin Team.
• Validate lead quality using predefined qualification criteria.
• Document and route qualified leads to the correct Account Manager.
• Ensure seamless handoff and minimal lead leakage.
• Monitor Account Manager’s responsiveness to inbound leads.

4. Reporting &Administration

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer interaction logs in CRM.
• Provide weekly reports on activities, KPIs, customer feedback trends, and issues encountered.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring customer concerns or upgrade barriers.

Job Details:

You will be part of the technical specialists working at the waste management facilities including Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) - a large-scale waste management infrastructural project, and Tuas South Incineration Plant (TSIP).

· You may be part of the project team to supervise IWMF construction progress.

The work scope includes:

1. To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities in IWMF and ensure that IWMF is constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.
2. To participate in the testing, commissioning of mechanical, process, or electrical, instrument, control and automation equipment/systems.
3. To attend factory acceptance tests (FATs) at local and overseas factories to witness and verify quality and performance of major equipment/systems.

· You may be part of the technical team in the operation and maintenance of TSIP. Your work scope includes:

1. To lead a team of technical supervisors and specialists and coordinate maintenance work between contractors and maintenance sections to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient operations of the waste-to-energy facility.
2. To implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programs for the facility's electrical and control equipment such as turbo-generators, motors, switchgears, low tension and high tension equipment, distributed control system and field instruments.
3. To administer contracts for the operation and maintenance of mechanical, EICA or building services equipment
4. To enforce permit-to-work system and safe work culture including supervising contractors’ work for quality and safety
5. To formulate and prepare standard operating and safety procedures, equipment testing / changeover programmes
6. To perform shift work in a waste-to-energy facility, if needed
7. To work closely with the management of TSIP to implement initiatives on safety and continuous improvement to enhance the safety culture and standards within the plant, as well as drive projects to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineering, Chemical, Environmental Engineering)
• Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply*.
• Candidates with professional certification, e.g. Professional Engineer, Steam Engineer, Licensed Electrical Worker, Workplace Safety and Health Officer, will be given preference
• Possess good technical background and strong analytical skills. Knowledge in solid waste management would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and preferably in Navisworks and Primavera P6
• Mature, independent, resourceful, and a good team player
• Good interpersonal communication, presentation and writing skills
• Able to perform shift work will be advantageous
• Able to work at construction sites and travel overseas for FATs and training

*Officers will first undergo training such as foundation modules on the operation and maintenance of waste management facilities and WTE plants; and an attachment with On-Job-Training at TSIP.  Thereafter, they can be deployed for shift or non-shift work at IWMF or TSIP.

What the role is

You will be part of the team that is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the storage facility in Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) at Tuas South area. The detailed work scope and responsibilities are as follows:

What you will be working on

During Project Phase:

• Oversee the setting up of stores for the Electrical Substation (ESS), EPC1 and EPC2.
• Coordinate between Mechanical Technical Team (MTT) / Electrical Technical Team (ETT) and the contractors for the storage, tagging, identification of all types of spare parts etc when delivered.

General scope and responsibilities:

• Store Operations Management.
• Managing inventory control systems and stock levels.
• Implementing and maintaining storage procedures.
• Ensuring proper receipt, storage and dispatch of materials.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Prepare monthly and yearly store reports for management. 
• Plan and prepare for monthly and yearly internal and external store audits.
• Supervising warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
• Personnel Management.

Administrative Duties

• Processing requisition orders and documentation.

What we are looking for
