Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the training centre, including classroom setup, facilities readiness, and maintenance coordination

• Administer training programmes by preparing course materials, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring documentation accuracy

• Coordinate with trainers, learners, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions

• Monitor training schedules, trainer attendance, and operational compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

• Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate records, and support administrative projects assigned by management
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, training coordination, customer service, or a related role

• Familiarity with training administration processes, attendance tracking systems, or regulated training environments will be advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital productivity tools

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with learners, trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
