About the Role

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Training & Programme Administration Analyst to support the delivery and administration of a structured training programme in Singapore.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong Excel skills. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of training and development activities while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training programme activities and requirements
• Maintain accurate records of participants’ progress and completion status
• Track programme components, including training hours, mentorship sessions, and job rotations
• Upload, organize, and centralize supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Prepare regular reports and updates using Microsoft Excel

We are currently seeking a dedicated Crew Training Administration Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee crew training schedules, maintain compliance records (including licenses and recurrent training), coordinate with training providers, and ensure alignment with aviation regulations such as EASA, FAA, SMAR, and CAACI.

Job Description
The Crew Training Administration Executive is responsible for the scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance of flight crew training. This includes managing crew records (licenses and recurrent training), booking training facilities, maintaining databases, and ensuring adherence to aviation safety standards (e.g., EASA, FAA, SMAR, CAACI) to guarantee crew readiness at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Coordination: Plan, schedule, and arrange initial and recurrent training for flight crew, including booking training facilities.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and crew documentation in both digital systems and physical files, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Data Management: Ensure accuracy and integrity across all training systems and databases.
• Compliance Control: Monitor license expirations, safety training deadlines, and recurrent training requirements to meet all regulatory obligations.
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact between crew members, instructors, and the planning team regarding training schedules.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and documentation related to training activities.

Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) at NTU Singapore is a leading institution in Asia that provides quality education and research in public governance and administration development as well as promotes good governance in the region and beyond. We offer 6 programs, in English and Chinese, to meet the education needs at early, mid, and advanced career stages. Faculty on the Teaching Track is expected to teach well and contribute to NCPA’s education objectives.

Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

• PhD in Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, Management, or other related advanced degrees.
• Ability to teach postgraduate-level courses in English and/or Chinese specializing in Applied Economics, Finance and Macroeconomic Policy, Public Management/Public Administration, Politics and Public Policy (especially in Asia), Technology Policy and AI Governance, or related areas.
• A record of teaching in tertiary educational institutes for similar subjects is strongly preferred.
• Interest in developing new courses in your specialization. Providing 2-3 synopsis of courses you are keen to teach (have or have not taught) is strongly encouraged.
• Demonstrated potential for scholarship in a research area undertaken by NCPA is an advantage. These areas include (but are not limited to) Asian governance, talent strategies and digital regulations.

Job Scope:

• Manage course evaluations, collate feedback, and prepare reports following established templates
• Maintain course records, track report completion, and support summary reporting
• Coordinate with departments and trainers on evaluation and reporting needs
• Assist with system transition activities and provide feedback on process enhancements
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field
• Basic administrative experience, preferably 1-2 years in office environment would be preferred
