• Collaborate with department heads during organizational changes and transformation initiatives.

• Ensure HR practices align with relevant policies and regulations.
• Be prepared to support team members as needed and take on additional project work.
• Regularly update HR documents with relevant changes, such as standard operating procedures.
• Undertake any other assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4 years of HR experience with a focus on Learning & Development and HR Business Partnering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience in performance management and talent development.
