Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Business Development
● Drive student recruitment and achieve enrolment targets for diploma, degree,
postgraduate, executive education, and professional short-course programmes.
● Develop and manage relationships with education agents, schools, universities,
corporate partners, and industry stakeholders across regional and international markets.
● Identify new recruitment channels, partnership opportunities, and market expansion
initiatives.
AI-Enabled Sales & Productivity
● Leverage digital and AI-powered tools to improve lead generation, sales outreach,
communication, reporting, proposal writing, and workflow efficiency.
● Utilise platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, Claude
Co-Work, and similar tools to enhance productivity and customer engagement
workflows.
● Work with CRM systems, automation tools, and digital sales platforms to manage
pipelines and improve conversion rates.
● Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and workflows that can improve
operational scalability and sales effectiveness.
Student & Stakeholder Engagement
● Advise prospective students and parents on academic pathways, employability
outcomes, visa processes, and programme suitability.
● Conduct consultations through physical meetings, virtual sessions, webinars, education
fairs, networking events, and digital engagement platforms.
● Represent the institution professionally at international education exhibitions, corporate
meetings, and partnership engagements.
Strategic Collaboration
● Collaborate closely with marketing, academic, and management teams to support
institutional growth initiatives.
● Contribute ideas for process improvement, digital engagement, and AI-driven
transformation initiatives.
● Support the institution’s broader digital transformation and innovation efforts.
Requirements
● Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in education sales, student recruitment,
business development, or related fields.
● Strong track record of achieving or exceeding enrolment and revenue targets.
● Experience in domestic and international student recruitment is highly preferred.
● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
● Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
● Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and data-driven
sales processes.
● Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related
disciplines.
● Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin will be advantageous to support regional
markets.
● AI-ready mindset and willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered workflows and digital
tools in day-to-day operations.
AI & Digital Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
● Familiarity with AI productivity and collaboration tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini,
Perplexity, Notion AI, Claude Co-Work, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
● Candidates who are not yet familiar with AI tools are still encouraged to apply. Training,
guidance, and support will be provided as part of the institution’s AI transformation
journey.
