Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Build, maintain & strengthen relations with existing / potential customers.
• Coordinate and monitor shipment activities, ensuring timely updates are provided to customers regarding shipment status.
• Handle shipping documents such as BL/AWB.
• Promote the Company's Logistics Services and solutions to enhance business growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, hauliers, forwarding agents, shipping lines etc to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

You will play a key part in ensuring smooth coordination with customers, carriers, and internal teams, handling inquiries promptly, and providing accurate documentation and updates to support the end-to-end logistics process.

Job Description

• Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Process bookings and execute related orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain accurate tracking status for all shipments.
• Communicate effectively with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
• Handle clients’ inquiries via telephone and email, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Provide responsive support to both internal and external customers by addressing concerns and offering effective solutions.
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system for all documents to ensure systematic retrieval.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
