Job Description :
- Assist customers in experiencing the AI Smart Hair Wash Machine, including reception, guidance, and basic explanations.
- Introduce customers to the AI hair-wash process, experience effects, and safety information, and perform simple demonstrations.
- Carry out basic machine operations (such as start button, mode selection, simple service introduction) to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Handle daily cashier tasks, system records, simple billing, and basic data entry.
- Help maintain store cleanliness and manage customer flow.
- Communicate with customers in Mandarin, Malay, and basic English to provide a friendly service experience.
- Assist customers with Basic Blow Dry according to standard procedures
