Job Description

• Supervise primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework
• Coach students on some of the subjects (ideally, Maths and Chinese)
• Execute Cherrybrook’s character education programs and support extracurricular activities like book discussions, science experiments, etc
• Plan and execute in-house enrichment programmes such as sports and dance activities
• Assist in the planning and running of holiday camps
• Provide mentorship, emotional support and conflict resolution for students
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of children from school to student centre
• Assist in keeping the centre tidy and clean
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Prior working experience in a relevant role, preferably at the primary level, is an advantage

• Act as the senior technical point of contact for hyperscale and enterprise clients across APAC during pre-sales and early implementation phases, leading and developing the in-country Solutions Leads who own day-to-day customer engagement in each market.
• Oversee the gathering and interpretation of customer requirements for APAC deployments through the in-country Solutions Leads, ensuring alignment with Zerra's regional capacity roadmap, internal capabilities, and commercial goals.
• Set the standard for translating client expectations into clear technical deliverables across APAC sites, and validate feasibility against local power, land, and connectivity constraints in partnership with country teams.
• Partner with commercial leadership to provide senior technical insight during pricing, contract structuring, and bid development across APAC, accounting for country-specific cost drivers, tax structures, and customer commercial norms in each market.
• Own the RFP response process across APAC opportunities — direct the in-country Solutions Leads and cross-functional response teams, and approve final submissions to customers, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery across the region.
• Coordinate with operations, design, and delivery leadership across APAC to ensure solutions can be executed to client standards and comply with applicable local codes and statutory approvals in each jurisdiction (e.g. CEA/NBC/BIS in India, METI in Japan, AS/NZS in Australia).
• Own the development of a reusable technical collateral library across APAC (solution templates, design responses, bid support documents), tailored by the in-country Solutions Leads to reflect local site, power, and regulatory conditions.
• Serve as a senior technical thought partner in strategic customer discussions and internal roadmap planning for Zerra's APAC portfolio, including expansion across Australia, Japan, India, and other emerging APAC DC markets.

Applied Materials is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Technical Engineering (NAND) to lead technology engagement, process engineering excellence, and customer collaboration for advanced NAND memory solutions. You will work closely with key customers and internal stakeholders to solve complex integration challenges and influence product and technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for NAND technologies. Drive development and optimization of process solutions across etch, deposition, patterning, and integration.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex yield and defectivity issues. Guide technical strategy aligned with future NAND technology nodes.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for strategic NAND customers. Build strong relationships with customer engineering and fab leadership.
• Lead technical reviews, escalations, and roadmap discussions. Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
• Oversee PSE activities covering installation, qualification, and process optimization.
• Drive improvements in yield, throughput, and tool performance. Establish best practices and ensure consistent execution across global teams.
• Partner with R&D, Product Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams. Provide field insights to influence product development and enhancements.
• Build organizational capability in advanced NAND process technologies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in semiconductor industry with strong focus on NAND memory.
• Experience in process integration or module engineering (etch, deposition, CMP, or patterning).
• Proven years of experiences in leading and mentoring a highly-performing and technical engineering teams.
• Proven track record supporting high-volume manufacturing and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with leading NAND manufacturers is highly preferred.
