Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application teams to plan and execute EOS upgrades effectively
• Establish configuration standards and design guidelines for UNIX and system software to optimize availability, performance, resilience, monitoring, backup, and recovery

• Strong technical knowledge of Linux, Solaris, UNIX hardware, operating systems, and system services such as volume manager, file system, NTP, DNS, clustering, SSH, TSM, ITM
• Experience troubleshooting and tuning Linux/UNIX systems
• Experience implementing and operating Linux server clustering
• Knowledge of information security principles
• Understanding of data communication and network concepts
• Experience with middleware and application execution in Linux/UNIX environments is an advantage

• Handle customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system to provide quick and polite assistance.
• Solve technical problems reported by customers or users using troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, or network issues.
• Work with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and keep stakeholders updated.
• Meet SLAs for response times and resolutions, ensuring requests are handled on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, networks, troubleshooting, and key protocols like TCP/IP and DNS.
• Comfortable to work 24x7 standby shifts.
