Office IT Support Executive
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Office IT Support Executive to manage the day-to-day IT operations of our Singapore office. The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support to local users, coordinate closely with HQ IT teams across different time zones, implement global IT policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company IT standards and security requirements.
This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve day-to-day IT issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room systems, and other office equipment.
- Coordinate with HQ IT teams on escalated incidents and global system-related matters.
- Ensure timely resolution of user support requests and IT service tickets.
Office IT Infrastructure & Setup
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, email access, and workstation setups.
- Set up and maintain meeting room technology, including video conferencing systems, presentation equipment, and connectivity solutions.
- Assist in maintaining office IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user devices.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including IT equipment provisioning and access management.
IT Coordination & Governance
- Collaborate with HQ IT teams across multiple time zones to support regional and global IT initiatives.
- Learn, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security requirements established by HQ.
- Ensure adherence to company IT standards, cybersecurity policies, and compliance requirements within the local office.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source, evaluate, and procure IT hardware, software, accessories, and related technology solutions.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, warranty claims, and technical support.
- Track software licensing, equipment warranties, and renewal schedules.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures, support activities, equipment inventory, and asset records.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the office as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk, or infrastructure support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, printers, and mobile device management.
- Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room technology is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and stakeholders across different time zones.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
ompensation & Benefits
- Salary: SGD 4,500 – SGD 5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
- AWS (Annual Wage Supplement): Negotiable
