RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Future Care Planning (FCP) will report to the Senior Manager, FCP, which is under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS). CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that respond to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community.

The Manager will assist the Senior Manager to oversee programmes, which includes Life+, Life Coaching and Home-based Care services.
