Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our growing team in the general insurance industry. In this role, you will provide professional support to clients by handling insurance enquiries, sourcing competitive quotations, coordinating policy renewals, and assisting with claims matters to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with insurers, business partners, and clients to deliver timely solutions while building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client enquiries to provide accurate general insurance information and solutions
• Obtain and compare competitive insurance quotations tailored to client preferences, budgets, and benefit choices
• Liaise with insurers to request, clarify, and follow up on quotations, policy issuance, and client requests
• Coordinate insurance policy renewals by following up with clients and insurers to ensure timely coverage placement
• Advise clients on claims procedures, notify insurers, track claim progress, and manage case documentation until final settlement
• Set clear expectations with clients and resolve any issues to maintain positive customer relationships
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to support product campaigns and promotional activities
• Identify and develop new business prospects and activities to expand client base and insurance solutions offered
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, quotations, renewals, and claims for efficient service delivery
• Work a 5.5-day work week to support client needs and company operations

Location: Marina One

Duration: 12 months contract

Salary: Up to $3970 + 1 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end transactions and policy services over the phone and emails within service level.
• Transactions include attending to email correspondences and processing of policies.
• Responding to clients’ queries and calls
• Handles refund and receipting
• Manage credit control for Commercial policies.
• Ensure efficient, accurate transactions is key in contributing to desirable pre-sales and after-sales support based on Customer Needs.
• Work towards achieving Key Performance indicators for self and for the team.
• Assist manager/supervisor to track and prepare monthly management reports and statement of accounts.
• Proficient in performing tasks following the Standard Operations Process (SOP) provided.
• Working with other teams and business partners such as Underwriter, Claims, Finance, Marketing, Client Management, IT, LTA, GIA and Bank, intermediaries etc. in achieving company objectives and delivering service standards
• Continuous service and process improvements to ensure that business standards/risks/controls are maintained or exceeded is important in contributing to new business growth and customer retention.
• Assist to transform business requirements into system enhancements, testing and implementing the requirements to ensure smooth operations where applicable.
• Undertake any duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Personal General Insurance and Commercial General Insurance Certification (BCP, PGI, CGI) preferred
• Good knowledge of General Insurance Products such as Motor, Travel, Home, and Personal Accident and Commercial Insurance.
• General Insurance principles and practices
• Customer Service skills and experience in calls and responding to customer’s emails.

Responsibilities

• Serve food to children following hygiene standards to ensure safe meal distribution
• Wash dishes and utensils thoroughly to maintain kitchen cleanliness

Job Descriptions

As a member of the CGH care team, you will work closely with nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to patients. You will perform basic nursing care activities for patients and assist in ward administrative functions to facilitate smooth operations in inpatient care, but not limited to the following areas:

Patient Care
• Record vital signs, assist in wound dressing, perform blood glucose testing and specimens collection, assist patients with general hygiene and in other nursing procedures as required
• Perform admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• Perform any other supportive duties as required

Visitor / Patient Services
• Engage patients and visitors to understand their needs

Admin / Operation support
• Perform ward administration work such as coordination of various services, inventory management, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
