• Oversee daily trade settlements (OTC), margin calls, and collateral management activities across multiple asset classes.
• Monitor funding, cash flows, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Maintain referential data, pricing inputs, and operational records to support smooth transaction processing.
• Identify process gaps, update standard operating procedures, and implement workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Treasury, and other support functions to resolve trade and settlement issues.
• Support new product launches, system enhancements, and operational readiness for new business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain user tools to streamline reporting, monitoring, and internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of incident tickets and collaborate with functional subject matter experts to determine appropriate resolutions and target completion dates.

• Clearly articulate ticket details, including symptoms, findings, resolutions, and timelines, to client/users in a professional manner.

• Respond to client and user queries by liaising with relevant internal functional team(s) to ensure accurate and timely information is provided.

Must have skills:

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• General knowledge of 3-tier system architecture.

• Ability to quickly pick up functional knowledge.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical issues to external parties under guidance.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively across teams.
