Key Responsibilities
Filter and match suitable property listings based on clients’ requirements
Arrange and coordinate property viewing schedules
Conduct property inspections and handover processes
Record property conditions and prepare exit or check-out reports
Coordinate follow-up repair works and related arrangements
Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support
Maintain proper documentation and service records

Job Requirements
Relevant experience in customer service or after-sales support preferred
Able to adapt to fieldwork and flexible work arrangements when required
Proficient in basic office software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude, patient, and well-organized
