Job Summary

Serve as the main point of contact for customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through emails, calls, and messages to maintain positive customer relationships
• Enter and update customer and warehouse data accurately in management systems to ensure reliable records
• Generate and submit timely reports on inventory, orders, and billing to support operational transparency
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify accurate order fulfillment and shipment processes
• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to customer orders, billing, and inventory for accuracy and compliance
• Generate and review billing invoices and assist with inventory reporting to support financial accuracy
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Funeral Service Assistant

Job Summary

You will assist in the collection, transport, and preparation of deceased bodies and coffins, drive company funeral hearse / vehicles, conduct funeral services, guide bereaved families, and maintain company vehicles and premises.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and transporting deceased persons safely and respectfully
• Assist in preparing coffins and encoffin processes to ensure proper handling
• Assist in delivering caskets to funeral wake locations accurately and on time
• Conduct funeral services and provide guidance and support to bereaved families throughout the process
• Drive funeral hearses and company vehicles safely according to schedules and routes
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of company vehicles, equipment, and premises to uphold professional standards
• Assist in collecting and transferring ashes and support sea burial and garden scattering services as required
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support funeral operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum N Levels or equivalent education
• Valid Class 3/3A driving license

Scope of Works:

1. Manage school front counter services
2. Handling visitors, parents, staff, students, and addressing their needs

Job Summary

Provide attentive front office support by assisting school stakeholders with inquiries, managing communications, attending to sick or injured students, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records in the General Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members of the public, parents, and students with their enquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Screen and direct incoming calls, take and relay messages, and provide accurate information to inquiries from school stakeholders
• Attend to sick or injured students reporting to the General Office, notify relevant staff promptly, and maintain detailed records of sick bay usage
• Organize and sort mail, receive deliveries, and assist with recording student late arrivals and verifying completeness of submitted forms
• Maintain accurate records of keys and lockers issued to students and staff
• Manage records of lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Monitor and replenish First Aid inventory to ensure supplies are available and up to date
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Managers, and Administrative Executives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a receptionist or personal assistant to management/C-suite personnel, or relevant certificates
• Ability to interact courteously with visitors and colleagues using strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English to support clear information exchange
• Proficiency in an additional local language (verbal and written) is advantageous for communicating with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic office environment
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
