Receptionist / Front‑of‑House Executive – Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Professional Conduct
Welcome, greet, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or locations.
Handle incoming telephone calls efficiently by identifying the purpose of the call and routing it accurately and promptly.
Attend to enquiries from members of the public and internal stakeholders in a responsive and professional manner.
Maintain awareness of staff movements within the organisation to support effective visitor coordination.
Monitor visitor access at the reception counter and uphold a high level of security awareness at all times.
Mail, Deliveries & Security Protocols
Receive, record, and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
Escalate suspicious or unaddressed parcels to the Airport Police Division in accordance with established procedures.
Reception Area Upkeep
Display daily newspapers and other publications in the reception area.
Ensure the reception area is kept tidy, presentable, and operationally ready at all times.
Ensure all reception‑related equipment is functioning properly.
Manage and control inventory and consumables related to the reception area.
