Job Details:
Working Hours: 8am to 1.30pm (Part-Time)
Work Location: Temasek Boulevard area
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitor Management
• Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate with staff regarding guest arrivals.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organised, and presentable always.
2. Call Management
• Answer and route all incoming calls via the main hotline.
• Assess caller needs and identify the correct department or personnel to direct the call to.
3. Mail, Courier & Delivery Coordination
• Handle incoming mail, parcels, and registered documents.
• Notify staff of incoming deliveries and assist in coordinating collection.
4. Professional Conduct
• Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
• Represent the company positively as the first point of contact.
