Job Responsibilities :
Pre-Contract
1. Taking Off quantity, pricing and prepare tender/ contract document
2. Prepare bills of quantity
3. Sourcing of sub-contractor and supplier
4. Cost comparison and costing summary
5. Tender/ quotation clarification and negotiation
6. Tender report and recommendation report
Post-contract
1. Prepare, monitor and tracking of project budget cost and cost control
2. Prepare and monitor materials delivery and order status
3. Prepare and valuation of progress claim (client and sub-contractor)
4. Prepare and negotiation change order and variation order
5. Final account with client, sub-contractor and supplier
Job Requirements:
- Posses Degree certification in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably more than 2 years & above in construction line working experience
- Have experience in project sites
- Able to work with minimum supervision
