Job Description:

·                    Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

·                    Process Tenants invoices, payments and staff claims

·                    Perform bank reconciliations

·                    Assist with month-end closing and financial reports

·                    Maintain proper filing of accounting documents

·                    Liaise with auditors, tax agents and banks when required

·                    Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

Requirements:

·                    Minimum 1 year of relevant accountingexperience

·                    GCE “O” or “A” Level; Diploma orequivalent professional certificates

·                    Basic knowledge of accounting principles

·                    Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·                    Experience with accounting software(e.g.,MYOB, Xero or similar) is

·                    an advantage.

Job Summary

Manage core accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately to maintain financial records
• Manage tenants invoices, payments, and staff claims to ensure timely and correct processing
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
• Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports to support management decisions
• Organize and maintain accounting documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and banks to facilitate financial audits and compliance requirements
• Execute ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks to support the finance department’s operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• GCE “O” or “A” Level; Diploma or equivalent professional certificates
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
