Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost build-ups for demolition, earthworks, and reinstatement tenders, working directly from structural and architectural drawings.
• Prepare and submit competitive, accurate tender pricing using the company's internal rate base.
• Identify variation opportunities, scope gaps, and commercial risks during tender review and throughout project delivery.
• Prepare and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations; support procurement decisions.
• Manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts in line with SOPA and contract terms.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors on commercial and contractual matters.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Worker Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and manage construction workers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The role involves supervising manpower, coordinating tasks on site, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers on site

• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site rules

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and work quality

• Resolve site issues and report progress to management

• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly used and maintained

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role

• Strong leadership and manpower management skills

• Good knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations

• Ability to read basic drawings and follow project instructions

• Physically fit and willing to work on-site

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

• Prior experience supervising foreign workers is an advantage
