Construction Supervisor Job Description:

• Oversee construction projects to ensure efficiency and adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety on construction sites.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

• Responsible to handle projects independently
• Resolve any technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in site or project
• To ensure project implementation and completion within stipulated time, cost and quality
• Identify problems with project, taking lead on developing solutions
• Liaise with customers/consultants/project managers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule
• Update As-Built Drawings
• Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with Customers/Consultants/Sub-Contractors
• Experienced and knowledgeable in Autocad.
• Drafting Electrical Layout plan, Single line diagram, schematic drawing.
• Preparation of OMM submission for ongoing projects.
• Control warehouse stock and material movements.
