Job Scope :
1. Familiar and understanding of drawings and taking-off quantities.
2. Hands-on on materials pricing, plant, and machinery cost
3. Preparing, monitoring, and control of project budget
4. Reviewing plans, record-keeping for all design changes and variation works
5. Well communication among the project team, especially the operation department.
6. Negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers
7. Preparing and submission of progress claims to clients on the monthly basis
8. Preparing and estimation for tender submission
9. Initiative and work smart in problem-solving
10. Other assignments as and when needed and instructed by the management.
Job Requirement :
• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Equivalent Cert
• 2-3 years experience , Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to travel from site to site.
• Permanent staff required.
