Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

EMP Implementation: Execute and monitor the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP).
Site Inspections: Conduct regular site audits to identify environmental risks (e.g., scheduled waste, water quality, noise, and dust) and recommend corrective actions.
Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly environmental reports to the Project Manager and relevant government agencies.
Authority Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Department of Environment (DOE), JAS, and local municipal councils regarding environmental audits and permits.
Training: Provide environmental awareness training and briefings to site staff and subcontractors.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), or a related discipline.
Registered Environmental Officer (EO) with DOE or relevant competent certifications (e.g., CePSWAM or CePBFO) is highly preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in environmental management within the construction or SME industry.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Set Submissions: Manage the complete cycle of documentation, including progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), and Final Accounts.
Contractual Claims: Independently prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT), Loss and Expense (L&E) claims, and other contractual justifications.
Independent Management: Take full ownership of all site-related commercial documents without requiring close supervision.
Liaison: Act as the sole commercial representative for the company in all dealings with the Main Contractor and Consultants regarding site measurements, valuations, and site records.
Cost Control: Monitor and analyze project costs, ensuring all submissions are accurate and submitted within the contractual deadlines.
