About The Role
The Administrative & Programme Executive will provide support for the successful delivery of the creative arts therapy programme to enhance mental well-being of the vulnerable community. The role requires effective coordination of the programme’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies, and data entry.
Key responsibilities
• Provide administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of the charity programmes.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, programme evaluation reports, funding acquittals, and follow-up communications to support partnership development with partner organisations and creative arts therapists.
• Collate and prepare budget reports
• Support procurement processes and manage donations-in-kind.
• Compile, maintain, and organise programme data, spreadsheets and statistics.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling appointments, running errands, and maintaining office organisation.
Technical Competencies
· Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
