Job Summary

You will deliver guests’ luggage and messages promptly, provide personalized room orientations, represent the hotel brand in the lobby, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ luggage, messages, and other items promptly within the property to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide personalized, professional, and engaging room orientation to guests to enhance their stay experience
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence in the lobby as a brand ambassador to offer exceptional guest service
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members to support smooth operations
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive team environment and deliver seamless service
• Manage tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting to meet guest needs
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support hotel operations.

Desired Competencies:

Exchange administrators should have a blend of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and soft skills like communication and adaptability. - Deep understanding of Exchange Server architecture, features, and functionalities, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions (Exchange Online) - Proficiency in PowerShell for automating tasks, troubleshooting, and managing Exchange environments - Familiarity with email protocols like SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 - Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex email-related issues and performance problems - Must have experience supporting MS applications. - Multitasking abilities (Able to work on multiple machines at a time) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries. - Help create technical documentation and manuals. - Vendor coordination.

Good to Have skills:
Expert Knowledge on Messaging Architecture, Microsoft Exchange Server · Knowledge of mailbox features, such as mailbox sharing policies, "Send as" and "Send on behalf" delegates, and shared mailboxes · Good Knowledge on EAC and Entra portal · Understanding and configuring security features like anti-spam protection, malware filters, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies is crucial for protecting against email-based threats. Understanding how to monitor the Exchange environment and generate reports

RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Demonstrate proficiency in managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant services.
