Senior Administrative Executive, Retail Mall Operations

2-Year Contract

Location: Marine Parade

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Mall Operations team and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, and processing purchase requests
• Prepare invoices, perform data entry, track expenditures, and compile operational reports
• Coordinate and maintain documentation relating to utility meter readings, carpark systems, M&E services, service contracts, and maintenance records
• Support the administration of tenants' renovation and reinstatement submissions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Handle tenant correspondences and assist with day-to-day tenant administrative matters
• Liaise with contractors, service providers, and relevant authorities on administrative and operational matters
• Support departmental projects and perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably within property management, retail mall operations, facilities management, or a related environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
