Responsibilities:
- Full set bookkeeping and daily bank reconciliation
- Prepare and submit GST returns
- Create supplier payments
- Process staff expense claims and generate reports
- Manage inventory and procurement from suppliers
- Support quotation preparation and general admin duties
Requirements:
- Holds a diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word;
- Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills;
- Good team player with a good sense of urgency.
