Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting & Finance Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and support the overall financial management of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to maintain accurate financial data
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries to ensure timely and accurate transaction recording
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to verify financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decision-making
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting to optimize financial planning
• Process staff claims and monitor company expenses to maintain budget control
• Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations to meet statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities to facilitate audits and regulatory compliance
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems to ensure organized financial documentation
• Assist in payroll processing and CPF submissions to ensure accurate employee compensation and statutory compliance
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections to improve cash flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations to uphold governance standards
• Perform administrative and other finance-related duties as assigned to support the finance team’s operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may be considered for junior roles)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB, or AutoCount
• Knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Review assigned case recordings monthly.
• Identify and flag any concerning, high-risk, or non-compliant case recordings in accordance with organisational guidelines.
• Highlight patterns or recurring issues observed across cases, where relevant.
• Document and report flagged cases clearly and concisely to the designated supervisor/manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling all case information.

Scope of Work:

• The role primarily involves reviewing written case recordings rather than direct casework.
• Focus is on quality assurance and early identification of potential concerns.

Competencies / Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to assess case documentation critically and objectively.
• Basic understanding of case management principles (preferred).
• Good written communication skills for reporting findings.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Minimum Diploma in any field

This role will support the five Family Service Centres (FSCs) within THKMC in conducting case audits to ensure compliance and quality standards. Travelling between centres wil be required.

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Income Audit)

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Prepare and distribution of daily revenue and statistics report, ensure all revenue transactions are taken-up correctly.
2. Investigation all the revenue discrepancies and make necessary adjustment.
3. Review all rebates and allowances and manual posting transaction to ensure they are properly authorized.
4. Ensure that the hotel’s policies, procedures and controls relating to Revenue Audit are adhered to.
5. Attend to guest’s enquiries or disputes on billing and invoices requests.
6. To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
7. Assist with the month-end closing as specified.
8. Maintain complete knowledge of property management system, point of sales and manual procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum Diploma or Higher.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
3. Experienced working in a hospitality/resort industry will be a plus.
4. High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
5. Ability to multi-task successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
