Responsibilities:
-Assist in managing full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
-Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
-Handle payroll processing and tax filings
-Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
-Support audits and maintain financial controls
-Manage cash flow, funding, and budget allocation
-Control and manage financial processes, including collections and payments
-Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
Requirements:
~Degree in Accountancy or a related field
~Knowledge of and experience in applying International and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
~Knowledge of Singapore GST and corporate tax requirements
~Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
~Good interpersonal and communication skills
~Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
~Able to work at Tuas
