AECOM’s Sydney Highways team is delivering a diverse range of transport infrastructure projects across NSW and ANZ. With a strong and growing pipeline of road and highway projects, we’re looking to connect with experienced Project Managers and Design Managers who thrive in complex infrastructure environments and enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery.
- Support the delivery of major highways and transport infrastructure projects from planning and tender phases through to delivery and project completion
- Contribute to design management and project delivery across complex road, motorway and civil infrastructure projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality technical and commercial outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders across major transport projects
- Assist in managing project performance across programme, commercial, safety and quality outcomes
- Work closely with senior leaders and technical specialists across the Sydney Highways business
- Support client engagement, project pursuits and future growth opportunities across the team
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture
