The HR Analyst serves as the global support for HR technology, reporting, and analytics. It ensures strong governance, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system optimization to deliver trusted insights for People Strategy Team (PST) leadership and stakeholders globally. The role helps drives process optimization through technology, automation, and continuous system enhancements. Partnering closely with the People Strategy Leaders, Analytics, AGS Technology team, and external vendors, this role enables scalable, data‑driven decisions across global operations. Additionally, it advances technology innovation and responsible AI adoption across the user group.
Shift time for this role will be 1-10pm IST (with flex for daylight savings).
Key Responsibilities
Reporting, Data Integrity & Analytics
- Support global PST reporting strategy, including recurring, ad hoc, and executive-level reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness across all regions
- Partner with People Analytics to ensure BI dashboards accurately reflect data and definitions
- Translate data into actionable insights, trends, and recommendations for People leadership
Process Optimization & Enablement
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or improve processes through technology
- Lead testing and adoption of new HR software features and technology enhancements
- Develop job aids, documentation, and enablement resources for users
- Act as system SME for projects, pilots, and transformation initiatives
Innovation & AI Enablement
- Stay informed on emerging recruiting technology and AI capabilities
- Partner with HR Tech and People leadership to explore responsible AI use cases
