Senior Executive

主要職責：

客戶與帳戶管理：管理和維護與一系列企業客戶和智慧財產權授權人的關係，擔任他們的主要聯絡人。
業務拓展：積極尋找並尋求智慧財產權授權、品牌合作和促銷商品的新商機，以實現並超越銷售目標。
銷售策略與執行：為重點客戶制定並實施有效的銷售策略，從線索開發和推銷到談判和達成交易。
專案協作：與內部設計和生產團隊緊密合作，確保客戶專案的成功執行和交付，滿足其品牌和商品需求。
市場分析：密切注意智慧財產權授權和企業禮品市場的產業趨勢、競爭對手的活動和新機遇，以便為客戶提供策略建議。

要求：

5 年以上銷售或客戶管理經驗，最好有企業禮品、促銷產品或智慧財產權授權的經驗。
擁有管理大型企業客戶並持續超越銷售目標的良好業績記錄。
對智慧財產權授權流程有深入的了解，包括特許權使用費結構和品牌合作協議。
卓越的談判、溝通和客戶關係管理能力。
具有自我激勵和結果導向的特質，能夠獨立工作並領導新專案。
精通英語和漢語（粵語和普通話）的讀寫和口語能力。
擁有知識產權授權方面的直接經驗將是一項重大優勢。
擁有在代理商公司、活動策劃公司、授權公司或行銷公司的工作經驗，而這些公司習慣於服務不同的品牌並與現有客戶擁有強大的關係網絡，將是巨大的優勢。
