Job Summary

The successful candidate will be part of a small team responsible in managing the end-to-end billing and invoicing process for our operations. You will work closely with our Singapore management team to strengthen existing services, develop new offerings, support pre-sales activities, and guide technical teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the technical direction of our Managed Services business

✔ Serve as the primary technical expert for infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions

✔ Support sales and business development through solution design, technical proposals, and client engagements

✔ Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and service opportunities

✔ Drive automation, AI adoption, and operational improvements

✔ Mentor and develop technical team members across Singapore and Indonesia

✔ Support compliance requirements including ISO/IEC 27001, PDPA, Cybersecurity Act, and customer security requirements

✔ Work with management to ensure our services remain competitive, scalable, secure, and commercially viable

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong experience in IT Managed Services

✅ Technical leadership experience

✅ Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, and Cybersecurity expertise

✅ Experience preparing technical proposals and solution designs

✅ Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 and information security best practices

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Business-minded individual who can balance technical excellence with commercial realities
