As 2-stroke engine Troubleshooter

• Leading the team as team leader / supervisor for complex, prolonged repair jobs and large projects.

• Perform 2-stroke engine trouble shooting, maintenance, inspection, overhaul and repair and service work reporting based on urgent and important requests.

• Developing way of working and process by utilize data & knowledge for increasing 2-stroke sales opportunity.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting activity with high technical knowledge and experience, backing up the MEA 2-stroke Field Service organisation in case required.

• Perform FS attendance for important cases such as drifting vessels or unplanned emergency and high skilled required cases for 2-stroke engines.

About the Role

Qualifications & Experience

Pack End-to-end test cases, expected vs. actual results, defect log, and formal business sign-off documentation

Operational Runbook Bot support procedures, exception-handling guide, alerting thresholds, escalation matrix, and restart instructions

Benefits Realisation Report Post-go-live metrics: FTE savings, processing time reduction, error rates, SLA compliance, and ROI calculation

About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Quantitative Researcher/ Analyst to strengthen our modelling capabilities, with a primary focus on identifying and modelling toxic and abusive trading flows and clients. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of risk, pricing, and platform integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy quantitative models to detect, classify, and mitigate toxic and abusive order flow and client behaviour
• Analyze trading patterns to distinguish profitable, benign, and predatory flow across multiple asset classes
• Build and refine models supporting swap rates, funding rates, and pricing
• Collaborate with trading, engineering, and risk teams to operationalize models on-chain
• Monitor model performance and adapt to evolving market conditions and adversarial behaviour
• Translate complex quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (sciences, engineering, mathematics, or similar)
• 5+ years of experience in a quantitative analyst or similar role
  Demonstrated experience modelling toxic and abusive flows and clients
• Strong programming and statistical modelling skills
• Experience building models for swap rates, funding rates, and pricing
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in crypto, RWAs(equities, commodities, fx), and D1s (perpetuals, CFDs)
• Familiarity with trading environments
• Experience partnering with technology teams to build risk analysis databases and develop reporting frameworks to support decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review for existing SME banking customers.
• Ensure all information and documents are collected from customers via email and phone calls.
• Perform account activity review and analyze transaction data to identify potential risks.
• Ensure efficient identification and monitoring of suspicious activities and transactions, and timely escalation to respective parties where appropriate.
• Conduct adverse news searches and name screening while ensuring appropriate escalation and follow-up actions.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and guidelines.
• Participate and assist in projects relating to AML/KYC matters.
• Other ad-hoc projects or activities that may be assigned.
