7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their trading needs and providing ongoing support and guidance. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling trading solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in trading technology, financial software implementation, or related roles within the trading industry.
• In-depth knowledge of trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), algorithmic trading, market data feeds, and FIX protocol.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, C++, or Java, for scripting and customization of trading solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances

• Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing

• Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues

What you will need:

• Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit

• A recognised relevant university degree in Architecture

• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects particularly in Commercial Retail/Office

• Good portfolio of project work

• Ability to work independently without supervision

• Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability

• Architectural management/coordination for both Design & Site functions for a major MRT/LTA project
• Manage the entire project processes including authority submission, drawing submission schedules based on the planned work progress
• Coordinate and review all design matters with LTA, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
• Liaise and communicate closely with client’s reps, consultants & contractors.
• Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience, with prior/present experience in MRT/LTA projects
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable to work on a 5.5 days workweek
