Key Responsibilities
Assist lawyers in managing and preparing legal case files
Filing documents in eLitigation and knowing how to use eLitigation
Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties on case matters
Organize and maintain case files, records, and documentation
Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents
Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team
Assist with case preparation and documentation for hearings or submissions
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
