Provide L2 and L3-code level changes support to an internal product. The Operations Engineer in IT product management is responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our technical infrastructure. The individual will work closely with developers, product managers, and user support to identify and rectify any issues that could affect the performance of the system. This role is crucial in maintaining high uptime and providing the expected level of service to our users. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Requirements

• Analytical and resourceful, with the ability to interpret data and support operational decision-making.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Office Admin Executive to support our daily office operations and HR shared services. This is a dynamic role where you will handle both administrative duties and HR processes, including employee records, insurance and training coordination.

What You’ll Do

1.     Office Administration

• Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and documentation

• Oversee stationery and pantry supplies (ordering, stocking, inventory)

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and manage invoices

• Coordinate with vendors and supervise office cleaning services

• Handle issuance and tracking of corporate apparel (e.g., T-shirts, jackets)

• Administer office access, passes, and locker assignments

2.     HR Shared Services
