Summary of the role
Provides administration support to the IT Operations Team that is deployed at the customer site.
Responsibilities:
• To submit the service request tickets in ITSM when requested by the support teams or clients, track and ensure they are completed to meet pre-defined turnaround time.
• To help and assist in tracking the clean laptop counts.
• To help and assist in scheduling appointments for various activities.
• To keep track of the asset inventory in the storeroom.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned in relation to the administration support.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge in using ITSM tool will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in both oral and written.
• Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar job capacity.
• Preference with experience working in government sector
